I was born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, the third of four children in a household of high-achieving parents. From a young age, my mom set a strong example of what can be achieved with four small kids at home, as I watched her earn her master's degree and launch her own family therapy practice. From my earliest memories, I held a fascination with observing people and a profound empathy for those around me.

After graduating high school, I set off on my own and attended the University of California, Santa Barbara, where I studied Psychology, Cultural Anthropology and Sports Management. Post-graduation, my path took me on a global exploration, allowing me to immerse myself in diverse cultures and expand my understanding of the world. Alongside my world travels, my personal growth journey began at 21 with the Hoffman Institute. This program set the stage for an ongoing exploration of self-discovery, which I continued through various personal development and coaching programs.

Following a brief stint in San Diego where I met my now-husband, I moved back to Colorado, craving the four seasons, the mountains and the close proximity to family. It is there that I started my career in marketing. Over the course of my 15 years in Corporate America, I immersed myself in the dynamic fields of marketing and leadership, culminating in my role as a marketing executive at Optiv, a global leader in cybersecurity solutions. Leading high-achieving Marketing Programs and Community Impact teams, I spearheaded efforts to turn vision into reality. Leveraging data-driven insights and my deep understanding of human behavior, we drove impactful results across diverse marketing programs and community initiatives. Central to my leadership approach was a passionate dedication to coaching and mentoring, empowering individuals to achieve their full potential.

Yet, in the midst of this corporate journey, the winds of change began to blow, triggered by the profound experience of motherhood. As responsibilities multiplied, both at home and in my career, my people-pleasing tendencies intensified, leading to a transformative awakening after welcoming my second child and embarking on a two-year journey of personal growth with my own coach. I knew I wanted my own career, but my role in Corporate America no longer fed my soul and I found myself searching for my deeper purpose in life.

Fueled by a yearning for authenticity and guided by extensive self-work and mentorship, I summoned the courage to bid farewell to my corporate career and set forth on a new path. This transition revealed a deep-seated passion for serving others, particularly high-achieving career moms. Understanding the intricate dance of professional and family life on a personal level, my mission now is to empower and support individuals like you in navigating this delicate balance while staying true to your purpose.
