Honoring the Space Between.

For the past decade, my life has been defined by momentum—first as a marketing executive in the cybersecurity world, and more recently, as a coach supporting women in their own transitions.

Now, I am choosing the power of the pause.

I have entered a Sacred Pause: a dedicated season of restoration, silence and presence. This intentional sabbatical will carry me through to August 2026, when I will begin a new three-year chapter in graduate studies.
